Complete kits include Two rings, the dovetail bar, dovetail clamps and all necessary mounting hardware.  The image above shows a Takahashi FS60C in the 100mm rings.  When sizing your telescope please remember the rings need to be oversized for several reasons.  The delrin tips on the thumb screws add room, you need room for adjustments and you also need to insert the scope through the rings past the dewshield or focus knobs.

This image shows the underside of the dovetail bar.  Notice the hollowed out back of the dovetail bar.  This lightens the bar without sacrificing the strength of the system.  This image also shows the channel on the back of the Meade style dovetail bars.  This channel allows the bar to fit onto the curve of the OTA and eliminates the use of large radius blocks.  This lowers your guidescopes center of gravity and decreases the weight of the entire system.

This is a perfect solution for  mounting your guidescope to your Meade SCT OTA.  The attachment bar is made from .75" 6061 Aluminum.  It is 1.5" wide with a small channel machined in the underside for a perfect fit.   The lack of radius blocks lowers the center of gravity and lightens the system.   Attaches to OTA using existing mounting screws.  The guidescope rings  are mounted on a mini dovetail assembly for easy removal and balancing.  

The large 3/8" aluminum adjusting screws have 1/4" delrin tips to help protect the guidescope while minimizing image shift during long exposures.  

 

The system includes the dovetail bar, two dovetail blocks and two rings with thumb screws.  Black anodized aluminum and stainless steel for ultra good looks and maximum durability.
