Fits all Celestron 8″ OTA’s including CPC and HD models. Used for attaching telescope OTA to existing mount or attaching accessories to top of OTA. Curved radius blocks and mounting hardware include. Uses existing mounting holes in OTA. 13.5″ long, 4.0″ wide, .5″ thick, Wt. as shown 32 oz.

Attached to my 1982 Celestron C8 ota ‘like a champ’. Well built and an aesthetic addition to my telescopic assembly. I would suggest some basic instructions for the less ‘mechanically’ inclined folks though.

Fits my EdgeHD 800 perfectly. Ended up flipping my SCT upside-down so I could use the original Vixen rail for my accessories. This dovetail is a huge improvement over my original rail! I will soon be replacing the Celestron vixen dovetail with the ADM one; they’re that much better. Thank you for the awesome products!

Celestron support told me to order this for an old c8 from the 1970s. the mount i have is celestron avx i ordered in 2021. this does not fit my model of the celestron avx mount. it’s a tad to big to fit in the slots.
