This V2D series adapter is a quality part I trust to hold even heavy OTA’s such as my deforked Celestron CPC925 DX or my Meade LX 10″ OTA’s without worry of an accidental failure or slip of the dovetail. Quality “Pride of Ownership” shows in this machined top quality adapter. Solid design completely clamps the “D” dovetail along the entire length and is spring loaded for smooth engagement and disengagement. Will not mar your expensive dovetail rails as there are no set screw type pinch points as found on many consumer grade GEM mount heads. Keeps my other ADM parts scratch and nick free!
