I bought a used Porta ii mount with the controls missing so I tried these based on other people’s reviews and I must say that everything I’ve read about them is right on. Solid metal, firmly stay in place and the handles have a nice none slip feel to them. A pleasure to use. Seen to be a definite upgrade from the original all plastic ones that fall off, from what I’ve read.
